Final Sale Items

For the health of our customers all sex toys and intimate items (including lingerie, bodysuits, and panties) are final sale and non-returnable once opened or worn.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your orders arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to Th33Boxxx@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll be happy to replace the item or issue store credit, depending on availability.

How To Start a Return

• Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
